9. Intellectual Property Protection

All software or programs, as well as all content on the website (including but not limited to copyrights, images, files, information, data, website structure, website arrangements, and webpage designs) used by Airiti Inc. and its subsidiaries are owned by Airiti Inc., its subsidiaries, or other rights holders under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies.

No one may use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, create derivative works, distribute, publish, perform reverse engineering, decompile,

or disassemble any of the above software, programs, or website content without prior written consent from Airiti Inc., its subsidiaries, or other rights holders.

Respecting intellectual property rights is your obligation. In case of any violation, in addition to being liable for damages to Airiti Inc. and its subsidiaries, Airiti Inc. and its subsidiaries may revoke your account access and permanently prohibit you from using the services.
