5. Data Authorization

If you do not have the legal rights to authorize others to use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, create derivative works, distribute, publish, or sublicense any data, please do not upload, transmit, input, or provide such data to Airiti Inc. or its subsidiaries.

Any data you upload, transmit, input, or provide to Airiti Inc. or its subsidiaries will remain the property of you or your authorized party. However, any data (excluding personal data as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act) that you upload, transmit, input, or provide to Airiti Inc. or its subsidiaries means that you agree to allow Airiti Inc. and its subsidiaries to use, modify, reproduce, broadcast, create derivative works, distribute, publish, or sublicense such data for purposes related to this contract. You also grant the right to sublicense such rights to third parties.

You guarantee that Airiti Inc. and its subsidiaries will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights while using, modifying, reproducing, broadcasting, creating derivative works, distributing, publishing, or sublicensing such data. If any infringement occurs, you shall be responsible for compensating Airiti Inc. and its subsidiaries for any resulting damages.
